Digital Content

“Digital Content” covers almost anything that you would buy and download from the internet onto your computer or device, or that is being supplied as a standalone application – apps, games, music, videos, e-books, etc.

Downloading digital content always carries a risk as you do not have the opportunity to inspect the  product before you receive it. This content must, similarly to goods, be of satisfactory quality (i.e. it must work), fit for a particular purpose, and be as described on the advert.

If not, then the seller should repair or replace the product to ensure that it does work. Failing that, then you have a right to a reduction in price or, if the content does not work and is entirely useless, then you should be provided with a full refund.

If you have purchased digital content that is not as it should be then our representatives can provide detailed and easy-to-follow advice on the steps you should take to enforce your rights.
