Dispute Resolution

You may feel you have been incorrectly advised by a professional adviser.  

We can assist you in establishing whether the advice has been given negligently and if so whether you are entitled to compensation.

We will work with you to try and establish whether the professional has failed to perform his responsibilities in accordance with the required standard and/or we will assist in establishing whether the claim is in Contract, Tort, or because of breaches of statutory, regulatory, or other fiduciary duties.  

You will need to show that either another experienced professional in the same field would have offered different advice or you will need to prove that your professional adviser failed to adhere to common standards of practice in their field.  

You may require expert evidence to prove your case and we can assist with identifying and instructing suitable expert witnesses.
