Claire joined Elliot Mather’s Residential Property team in July 2022 as a Chartered Legal Executive, and is based at our Mansfield office.

She was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2007 and has since gained a wealth of experience relating to a wide range of Residential Property matters, including:

  • Residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfer of equity transactions
  • Local Authority Right to Buy purchases
  • Joint Ownership and Declaration of Trusts
  • New Build Purchasers
  • Shared Ownership Purchases
