Lesley is an Senior Associate Solicitor who joined Elliot Mather’s criminal department in September 2020 and is based at our Mansfield office.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2003 after completing her law degree at the University of Hull, and her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. She was also awarded her Higher Rights of Audience in the year 2005.

Lesley possesses a high level of expertise within her specialism, having had experience defending a broad range of criminal offences, from road traffic, to serious assault and murder. She is able to advise clients across the East Midlands region, and is frequently found at the Magistrates’ Court representing clients.

Lesley understands that coming into conflict with the criminal justice system can be a distressing time. It is because of this that she is client driven and does her utmost to ensure a high level of client satisfaction, making certain that each client receives honest and efficient advice at all times.
