Managing the Evolving Coronavirus Impact
We are currently in a trying and uncertain period of time. The Coronavirus is a real concern not least because of its impact on our staff and their families but also in terms of how we continue to provide services to clients. As a firm we believe that the only meaningful impact we can have in respect of the virus and its spread is to adopt practical sensible measures that seek to limit social contact/ interaction. Our remote working capability allows us to mitigate the number of staff using our office at any one time.
We propose to use video conferencing and telephone communication where possible to reduce the occurrences of face to face meetings. If you need to attend any of our offices to urgently see any of our staff, please make contact with your advisor in advance, where alternative measure can be discussed if necessary. If you need to drop any documentation into any of our offices, please use the letterboxes provided.
Reducing travel to essential travel only helps with promoting social distancing. These changes will not impact on the work we do for you but do demonstrate our commitment to being responsible in trying to have an impact on how the virus will spread and affect us.
