Bryan is a senior associate in our Corporate Team. Originally qualified in the Canadian province of Ontario in 2014, he qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2023. Bryan has extensive experience acting for small to medium sized businesses including handling corporate transactions and structuring, commercial contracts and commercial property matters, and leases. 

He served eight years in the Canadian Army, and so takes a very practical, results-based approach not just to handling your legal matters, but doing so in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Bryan can handle all your business law needs, from setting up a new venture, whether as a company, partnership or just on your own, all the way to selling it to retire and everything in between, including setting up a standard contract to use with your customers, bringing in an investor, leasing a new space, negotiating a contract with a supplier or buyer, or buying another business to expand your own.
