Natalia is the Head of the Commercial Team and originally joined Elliot Mather LLP in 2002 as a trainee solicitor, qualifying as a solicitor in 2004.
Since this time, she has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in a broad range of commercial matters dealing with all aspects of commercial property, landlord and tenant transactions, residential and commercial developments, commercial contracts, business sales and acquisitions and alcohol licensing.
Natalia regularly represents national and international clients in the leisure, retail and social housing sectors ensuring that their transactions are dealt with in an efficient and pragmatic manner.
Natalia is known for her in depth understanding of her client’s business objectives and her ability to provide commercial solutions and advice to her clients, ensuring that transactions are brought to a successful conclusion.
