Diane works in the childcare team out of our Chesterfield office.

She qualified as solicitor in 1993. Diane moved to Elliot Mather LLP in 2017 but has worked in the Chesterfield area for many years. Diane has represented clients in child care cases since qualifying as a solicitor as well as in divorce and matrimonial finance. She also qualified as a mediator. Since joining Elliot Mather Diane has specialized in children/child care law, dealing predominately with child protection issues.

Diane is a Member of Resolution and the Law Society’s Children Panel Accreditation Scheme, meaning that she can represent children as well as parents and other family members in care proceedings and other related proceedings. Diane has experience of dealing with a variety of cases. Mostly Diane can be found representing her clients in the Magistrates and County courts in Chesterfield and Derby.  

Diane aims to provide constructive and practical advice at each stage of the process, to achieve the best outcome possible for her clients.
