Abbie is a Paralegal in our Family Department. She joined Elliot Mather LLP in March 2022 and joined the Family Department in July 2023. 

Since joining the department, Abbie has gained valuable experience across a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private law children matters and cases involving domestic abuse. 

In 2026, Abbie began her Level 3 Paralegal apprenticeship, allowing her to further develop her legal knowledge and practical experience alongside her role within the Family Department. 

Abbie takes a professional, empathetic and client focused approach to her work. She understands that family law matters can often involve difficult and sensitive circumstances and aims to ensure that clients feel supported and informed throughout the legal process. She takes pride in providing an approachable and reassuring service, tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Outside of work, Abbie enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and making the most of her free time.
