Karen is an experienced Chartered Legal Executive who joined Elliot Mather’s Residential Property team in 2019. She is predominantly based in our Mansfield office, however she has the ability to act on behalf of clients locally, regionally and nationally.

She was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2001, and has since gained a high level of experience relating to a wide range of Residential Property matters. She regularly advises clients on matters such as, residential sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered), rights to buy, transfer of equity, re-mortgage/bank security, and new build purchases.

Karen understands that residential matters can be stressful and daunting for clients. It is because of this that she is dedicated to ensuring all clients receive friendly and professional advice at all stages of their matter.
