Alicia joined Elliot Mather LLP in December 2013 as a trainee conveyancing assistant quickly progressing through our in house training programme to become a new build executive. This means that as well as dealing with all aspects of general conveyancing, she specialises in new build transactions dealing with not only large major builders but also smaller bespoke builders.  

At Elliot Mather we believe that maintaining good relationships with our builders is key to our business.  Alicia will therefore regularly visit development site offices and attend open events to be on hand to speak with prospective purchases in a clear and concise manner.
