

Rebecca joined Elliot Mather LLP in September 2017 and is based at our Mansfield Office.
She qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and then worked in Nottingham for over 8 years before joining Elliot Mather LLP.
With a high level of experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property work Rebecca advises local, regional and national clients. In particular Rebecca specialises in advising on and negotiating complex land acquisitions and disposals including freehold and leasehold properties located on retail and industrial estates and acts for landowners and developers in connection with Option and Promotion Agreements and Conditional Contracts, including advising on a range of development work.
She has substantial Landlord and Tenant expertise and acts for many Landlords and Tenants in connection with new Leases, renewal of existing Leases and all associated documentation.
Rebecca is known for her realistic and commercial approach to transactions, resulting in an efficient and cost effective service for our clients.
